organisations<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-506002eaf223eeacb0975b0dbb59636e wp-block-paragraph\">Les organisations \u00e9voluent aujourd\u2019hui dans des environnements marqu\u00e9s par la complexit\u00e9, l\u2019incertitude, l\u2019interd\u00e9pendance et la rapidit\u00e9 des transformations.<br>Dans ce contexte, <strong>les approches purement structurelles, proc\u00e9durales ou technocentr\u00e9es atteignent rapidement leurs limites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-685c91ab8c967ee2560037d136d8291d wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019approche que je d\u00e9ploie s\u2019appuie sur un socle th\u00e9orique reconnu, issu de plusieurs courants majeurs des sciences des organisations, de la syst\u00e9mique et de la psychologie, <strong>mais toujours traduit dans un langage op\u00e9rationnel, utile \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision et \u00e0 l\u2019action des dirigeants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fa930cfb2447d3a242b8d0e71e5691e7 wp-block-paragraph\">Mon postulat est simple :<br>\ud83d\udc49 <em>ce sont les dynamiques invisibles mais agissantes \u2014 relationnelles, motivationnelles, syst\u00e9miques \u2014 qui expliquent la performance r\u00e9elle, l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 de transformation durable des organisations.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"entreprise-syst\u00e8me-vivant-et-apprenant\" class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-a94cb26b alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-3a3eb079\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">L\u2019entreprise comme syst\u00e8me vivant et apprenant<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organisations ne fonctionnent pas comme des machines optimisables \u00e0 l\u2019infini, mais comme des <strong>syst\u00e8mes vivants<\/strong>, compos\u00e9s d\u2019acteurs interd\u00e9pendants, de r\u00e8gles explicites et implicites, et de boucles d\u2019interactions qui structurent les comportements dans le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette vision s\u2019appuie notamment sur les travaux de <strong>Peter Senge<\/strong> et <strong>Chris Argyris<\/strong>, pionniers du concept d\u2019<strong>entreprise apprenante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont montr\u00e9 que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019une organisation \u00e0 progresser ne d\u00e9pend pas uniquement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De la qualit\u00e9 de ses strat\u00e9gies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De ses outils ou de ses processus,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mais de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Questionner ses mod\u00e8les mentaux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apprendre de ses erreurs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9passer les routines d\u00e9fensives,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper un apprentissage collectif r\u00e9el, et pas seulement formel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Une organisation performante est avant tout <strong>une organisation capable d\u2019apprendre sur elle-m\u00eame<\/strong>, y compris lorsque cela remet en question ses modes de fonctionnement \u00e9tablis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"approche-syst\u00e9mique-et-\u00e9cosystemique-de-l'action\" class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-20bdbe60 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f7f8b484\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Une approche syst\u00e9mique et \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique de l\u2019action<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d0eac11b033b4d3048800779ccac6359 wp-block-paragraph\">Toute organisation est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un <strong>\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/strong> : clients, collaborateurs, partenaires, territoires, contraintes r\u00e9glementaires, sociales et environnementales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0a130a1311023b014116e04694a686aa wp-block-paragraph\">Les travaux de <strong>Donella Meadows<\/strong> ont mis en \u00e9vidence que les syst\u00e8mes complexes ob\u00e9issent \u00e0 des logiques propres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06ccced6a23c899c4052f81c43e2107b\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a121de2ac41a9f6fb70a8ccb64e442a2\">Non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3e481c1d5730a26412ee83b45d0f993d\">R\u00e9troactions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effets de seuil,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9cadda11baf5e4841e32f63d89a6ab6c wp-block-paragraph\">Ils montrent \u00e9galement que <strong>toutes les actions n\u2019ont pas le m\u00eame pouvoir de transformation<\/strong>.<br>Les leviers les plus efficaces sont rarement les plus visibles ou les plus imm\u00e9diats : ils se situent souvent dans les r\u00e8gles du jeu, les intentions profondes, les flux d\u2019information ou la finalit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8131511cb681341fd5ef5df0e2ce9d42 wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Cette lecture \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique conduit \u00e0 une posture diff\u00e9rente du pilotage :<br>il ne s\u2019agit plus de tout contr\u00f4ler, mais de <strong>cr\u00e9er les conditions pour que le syst\u00e8me s\u2019oriente durablement dans la bonne direction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"apport-de-la-psychologie-positive\" class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-afd1d57d alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5566fd84\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Motivation, engagement et contribution : l\u2019apport de la psychologie positive<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La performance durable d\u2019une organisation repose sur la capacit\u00e9 de ses membres \u00e0 s\u2019engager, \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer et \u00e0 contribuer dans la dur\u00e9e.<br>Sur ce point, les apports de la psychologie positive sont d\u00e9terminants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>th\u00e9orie de l\u2019autod\u00e9termination<\/strong>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par <strong>Edward Deci<\/strong> et <strong>Richard Ryan<\/strong>, montre que la motivation de qualit\u00e9 repose sur trois besoins psychologiques fondamentaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019autonomie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La comp\u00e9tence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La qualit\u00e9 des relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque ces besoins sont nourris, les individus :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u2019engagent plus durablement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prennent davantage de responsabilit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuent de mani\u00e8re plus cr\u00e9ative et plus align\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces travaux sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par ceux des grands auteurs de la psychologie positive, tels que <strong>Martin Seligman<\/strong> ou <strong>Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi<\/strong>, qui mettent en \u00e9vidence le lien \u00e9troit entre sens, engagement, qualit\u00e9 relationnelle et performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 L\u2019enjeu n\u2019est donc pas de \u201cmotiver\u201d les individus, mais de <strong>concevoir des environnements organisationnels qui soutiennent naturellement leur dynamique de contribution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"reliance-coeur-de-la-cr\u00e9ation-de-valeur\" class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-ff3f736d alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-59b712c4370b6e3ca2a0384ef295932b wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6512b347\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">La reliance : au c\u0153ur de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c629ddec9d42227013ce9a7c5e9b8bd8 wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de la relation au sens classique, mon approche accorde une place centrale \u00e0 la notion de <strong>reliance<\/strong>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e notamment par <strong>Edgar Morin<\/strong> et <strong>Jean-Louis Le Moigne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bf879179dd1bdffe04431d0b290e39a2 wp-block-paragraph\">La reliance ne se limite pas \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des liens interpersonnels.<br>Elle d\u00e9signe <strong>ce qui \u00e9merge de la mise en relation<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d42edf556dcb6c4395cf269e463ad920\">\n<li>Entre individus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre intentions et actions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre promesses et r\u00e9alit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre l\u2019organisation et son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38c6cf3b573bad3fd6b09ae0262bf537 wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 C\u2019est dans cette reliance que se cr\u00e9e \u2014 ou se d\u00e9truit \u2014 la valeur r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une organisation peut disposer de ressources importantes et produire pourtant peu de valeur, si ses dynamiques internes fragmentent, d\u00e9salignent ou \u00e9puisent les \u00e9nergies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"th\u00e9orie-appliqu\u00e9e\" class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-64c4836e alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-04dfdad3\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Une th\u00e9orie mise au service de d\u00e9cisions concr\u00e8tes<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce socle th\u00e9orique n\u2019est jamais mobilis\u00e9 comme une fin en soi.<br>Il est mis au service de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnostics lisibles et partag\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification des tensions r\u00e9ellement structurantes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choix d\u2019actions \u00e0 fort effet de levier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompagnements qui produisent des transformations durables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre approche vise \u00e0 <strong>rendre visibles les dynamiques qui pilotent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019organisation<\/strong>, afin de permettre aux dirigeants de d\u00e9cider et d\u2019agir avec plus de justesse, de coh\u00e9rence et de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
